After a long and dreadful time, we are more than proud to show off our final product. Due to the circumstances of the world, and all the difficulties of obtaining a permit from the city, we just barely managed to finish this project in our time limit. But now the customer has an all new and all custom freestanding patio cover, with the ability to control the light and heat penetration in the center, and still give it an aesthetic look with the side lattice covers allowing for a clean look, and let some sun in through the sides!

Here we have one of our latest projects started! This project involves a combination of two patio covers, a solid cover and louvered roofs. Both will be attached to the house. This cover also includes fan beams and lights, with a very unique design. The color selection of the frames was astonishing, when paired with the darker louvers its all going to stand out and look amazing! We have our team working hard at the project, and currently we are in the process of filling in the concrete slab and putting the footing in. After that its a simple task to get the rest of the roof up and running. Cant wait to see how it will turn out! This amazing project also contains two fans installed providing a soft breeze when needed, to cool you off even more on those hot summer days, or to simply have them for decorations when they are needed and instead use the lights that they have attached to them. Providing shade in the day time, with a chill breeze, and light in the night as well as the view of the night sky stars under the retractable awning as the louvers rotate to any angle you desire.
